Imperial Palace in Rockford has the best Chinese food in the area. Each location is owned by a different family member so they each have their own style but basically the same menu. The prices are very reasonable.

I was not very impressed with Imperial Palace. It is cheap, but the food is not the greatest. They have great customer service, and their restaurant is pretty clean.
